At Kai Collective, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your pieces; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
